Transforming PAIN to HEALING through Primal Lifestyle Adaptation

Self compassion is Self-love

How do I love myself?

Why do I feel so different from other people?

How do I find meaning after loss?

These are some of the questions we might ask ourselves when we have experienced trauma, unexpected loss or caregivers who were unable to be consistently present and attuned with us as children.

The answers we seek are the initiation to the journey of life...

From a very young age, I was consumed by questioning the meaning of life, a hunger to understand pain and suffering and the resilience of the human Spirit.

My early childhood experiences of trauma and unexpected loss haunted me throughout my teenage years and early 20s, until I could no longer distract from the pain, and the initiation to my healing journey was born.

I have spent the last 15 years training in holistic nutrition, reflexology, clinical psychology, somatic and nervous system health and mindfulness meditation.

Through early childhood loss, profound heartbreak, painful relationship endings and death, human beings can come to discover the gift of pain and how tragedy can be transformed into the most beautiful sacred love story, with our self.

This process can be messy, confusing and challenging, and I truly believe that it is in our darkest times, the Soul discovers our deepest truths.

Healing is a Journey

I have dedicated and spent the last two decades of my life searching, discovering and practicing with many teachers and students, gifting me the wisdom and knowledge for healing transformation.

What I have come to learn deeply, is that there are many paths up the mountain and there is no one way home to healing our heart, soul and body.

I am a teacher. I am a guide. I am an imperfect, compassionate and curious human.

Every moment is an opportunity for presence

I invite curiosity and exploration into every new moment with my clients, as I offer gentle guidance to what they already intuitively know within.

Life continues to show me that the journey home never ends. My clients and my work are part of my consciousness practice, learning moment to moment that life begins with the presence of now and finding deep compassion for the innocence of our pain.

Coming home to our heart, requires self-compassion, patience and offering the younger wounded parts of our self, the love, nurturing and security we may not have received as children.
